So you've eaten, drank, holiday-ed and kicked 2023 out of your life for good. Onward into 2024!
New Year's resolutions in overdrive?
Take some time to renew your thinking. Your mind, after all, is what determines your outlook...which determines your path. 
  • Turn OFF THE NEWS! Just turn it off. 
  • In keeping with the 1st point: avoid negativity in all forms
  • Turn off social media. Don't respond to every ding alert on your phone. It's exhausting.
  • Take time out to connect with the people in your life that matter most. No excuses.
  • Pray
  • Go outside. Talk a walk, jog, bike ride...ski, whatever. Just connect with the outside at least once per day
  • Eat better. You don't have to completely change ALL of your eating habits because it's January 1st. Just change a few things. Eat more of something. Eat less of something.
  • Don't wallow if you fail. Get back up and do it again. Each minute offers a new opportunity. 
  • Take some time each day for yourself. No noise, no drama. Even if it's the time you spend in the shower.
